Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit Policy A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. Booking deposits become non-refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or in the event of a no-show, as outlined below. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund of the booking deposit. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit unless the appointment is rescheduled at the time of cancellation and the new appointment is scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. If a new appointment is not selected during the cancellation or is scheduled more than 30 days from the original appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. No-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on the schedule, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. If a late arrival requires rescheduling, the same policy outlined above for cancellations within 24 hours will apply. Late arrivals may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. If a late arrival requires rescheduling, the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy will apply. Payment Policy The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. SolFlower accepts cash and approved electronic payment methods. If SolFlower Needs to Cancel In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment, you'll have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of your booking deposit.
